Groups
Below are sign ups for groups we offer, for each group if you are not a current or previous client you will be asked to do a intake session prior to joining a group.
Parenting Support Group
Parenting is hard especially in the trenches of those 3 - 6 years. This group
brings parents together to support one another, while learning and exploring different parenting strategies. Group members will safely explore their own family histories, parenting successes and struggles with the purpose of strengthening parenting skills and lessening parenting-related stress.

Group will meet for 8 sessions - at our office 603 W. 14th St, Austin, Tx 78701
Mondays 11:30-12:45
*We'll offer more groups and a virtual option if the interest is there, so please let us know you are interested in a different day or virtual if Mondays don't work for you.

*If you are not a current or previous client of Better Together, there will be a intake session for $75
Cost $80 per session. If cost is prohibitive, please discuss with therapist.
Group will be lead by Tiffany Allen, LCSW-S.
